WPT Legends of Poker Winner Shariati Leads Final 14 in WPT LAPC
Shariati finishes the day with 2,450,000 and is the only player above the 2 million chip mark. He is searching for his second WPT title this season and both stops in the Los Angeles area, after taking down the WPT Legends of Poker at the Bicycle Casino last August. Aside from searching for his second title, he can overtake Cate Hall in the Player of the Year race with a 12th place finish or better.
Joining him at the top of the counts are Farid Jattin and Anthony Spinella with 1,960,000 and 1,785,000 in chips respectively. Champions Club Member John Hennigan sits in fourth place with 1,638,000. Here is the seating draw for Day 5:
