Andy Andrejevic Wins 2015 ACOP Super High Roller

Poker Pro Defeats Stacked Final Table To Win $1.1 Million First-Place Prize

The 2015 Asia Championship of Poker $500,000 HKD ($64,501 USD) buy-in super high roller no-limit hold’em event drew a total of 51 entries (including rebuys) to build a total prize pool of $24,235,200 HKD ($3,137,987 USD).

As you would expect for an event of this magnitude the final table featured several of the game’s biggest names, including Erik Seidel (6th – $220,506 USD), Steve O’Dwyer (4th – $346,580 USD), Bryn Kenney (3rd – $472,550 USD) and recent Poker Hall of Fame inductee John Juanda (2nd – $724,620 USD).

In the end it was Andjelko “Andy” Andrejevic who emerged victorious, capturing the title and the first place prize of $1,134,250 USD.

The Serbian-American player ended up with quite an impressive ROI in this event after satelliting in for only $40,000 HKD, roughly $5,100 USD. He turned that into over $1.1 million at his fourth final table of 2015.
