Off the back of some bizarre banter last week between US presidential candidates Marco Rubio and Donald Trump, poker’s all-time money leader Daniel Negreanu has announced to the world he’d pay the princely sum of $100,000 to get a good look at the latter’s genitals.
The Canadian’s Twitter comments were triggered by Trump, already well known by Vanity Fair readers as the ‘short-fingered vulgarian’, responding with adamant, seemingly offended vigour to his opponent’s recent jab about the size of his hands:
“He’s [Trump] always calling me little Marco”, complained Rubio last Sunday. “And I’ll admit he’s taller than me. He’s like 6ft 2, which is why I don’t understand why his hands are the size of someone who is 5ft 2. And you know what they say about men with small hands? You can’t trust them.”
“Look at these hands, are they small hands?” Trump asked the American public on Thursday. “And he [Rubio] referred to my hands – if they’re small, something else must be small. I guarantee you there’s no problem. I guarantee.”
