Online poker is continuing to gain ground in India, as another state in the country is now viewing the game as skill-based and legal.

According to Glaws.in, the Indian state of Nagaland has approved a piece of legislation dubbed the “Nagaland Prohibition of Gambling and Promotion and Regulation of Online Games of Skill.” The process of drafting the rules and regulations is expected to take a few months, the report said.

It’s official. Dan Bilzerian rode a bicycle from Las Vegas to Los Angeles in 33 hours and will be getting paid at least $600,000 from Bill Perkins for completing the ride.

Macau’s casinos won $2.3 billion off of gamblers during the month of March, according to figures released Friday by the city’s government.

That was a decline of 16.3 percent compared to the same month the year prior. Macau gaming win has fallen year-over-year for 22 consecutive months.

Roughly a week after insider trading charges were announced against Amaya CEO David Baazov, a prominent law firm announced a class action suit against the company.

According to a press release, the law firm of Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein, LLP has filed class action litigation in federal court in New York against the company on behalf of investors who bought stock between June 8, 2015 and Mar. 22, 2016.

The charges against Amaya’s now-former CEO, president and board chairman came just two days after PokerStars, a subsidiary of Amaya, launched in the U.S. state of New Jersey.

Antonio Esfandiari—already one of the most successful players in World Series of Poker history—notched another accolade today by winning the Main Event at the WSOP Circuit at the Bicycle Casino.

Esfandiari already leads the WSOP all-time money list and has three bracelets, and is likely most famous for winning the 2012 Big One for One Drop tournament for over $18 million, the biggest first-place prize in poker history.

Now he has his first Circuit ring and yet another six-figure score ($226,785).

We reported last week that German soccer international, Max Kruse, had been fined £20,000 by his league club VfL Wolfsburg after they discovered that he had been playing poker at last years WSOPE in Berlin just one day after a match against Hoffenheim in the Bundesliga.

Thithe national ngs have gone from bad to worse for Kruse this week as he has now been dropped from team by coach Joachim Low who described Kruse's actions over the past few weeks as "unprofessional"
